As per the Cyclone Warning Centre, the Titli Cyclone is currently located 190 km South East from Kalingapatnam and would be crossing the shore on Thursday morning between Kalingapatnam and Gopalpur. The officials further informed that while the wind speed in Vizag has been currently gauged at 60-70 kmph and will reach up to 80 kmph by 8 pm in the night. The wind speed is very likely to intensify to 100-110 kmph by midnight.
