Multiple people killed after a wall collapse in Chembur, Mumbai Multiple people killed, 8 personas feared trapped and about 5 houses affected after a wall collapse on some shanties in Chembur's Bharat Nagar area due to a landslide, says National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) Mumbai local train services suspended. At least 15 people were reportedly killed due to a wall collapse in Chembur Mumbai due to landslide triggered by heavy rainfall. 13 persons were reportedly rescued.  Several people transported to a hospital. Unknown how many are still trapped, let alone even alive.This is a scary scene. Witnesses say they heard trapped individuals screaming for their life from under the rubble Correction Fire units, including the technical rescue team, are responding to the emergency. Reports say people trapped. Heavy rais caused the collapse or if anyone was hurt.  Rescue operations are underway.

A full emergency was declared for a non-scheduled Beechcraft VT-JIL aircraft on route from Nagpur to Mumbai. The flight carrying 02 crew member, 01 patient, 01 relative and 01 doctor did a belly-landing at Mumbai Airport. All passengers were evacuated safely.
