Chiranjeevi’s 151st film titled Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy











After too many guess works doing rounds about what the title for Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s 151stfilm would, the makers have now confirmed the title as ‘Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy’ which is based on India’s first freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narsimha Reddy. Chiranjeevi will be essaying the titular role in the film which will be directed by Surender Reddy. ‘Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy’ is being produced by Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan under their home banner Konidela Productions.




The makers released the motion poster and the title of then film today at a grand event today in Hyderabad on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday. The cast, which is high-powered, includes Bollywood Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan, Kannada Super star Kichcha Sudeep and Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi. The film will feature Nayanthara in the female lead role. The music of the film will be composed by musical genius A.R. Rahman while the cinematography will be managed by Ravi Varman.









Besides Chiranjeevi, Amitabh Bachchan and KIchcha Sueep, Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy will also feature Jagapathi Babu, Nassar, Mukesh Rishi, Ravi Kishan and Subaraju in pivotal roles. With such a huge and powerful star cast, Sya Raa Narsimha Reddy will now be the most anticipated for film in Telugu cinema in the coming season.




The historical period drama film will bring to light many unknown stories about the freedom struggle and how Uyyalawada Narsimha Reddy played an important role in pioneering the fight for freedom against the British rule. Sya Raa Narsimha Reddy is said to be being made on a humongous budget of approx. INR 150 crores
