China demands India to immediately withdraw troops that illegally intruded the Chinese border and harshly punish those who fired the provoking shots, said Chinese military spokesperson Zhang Shuili after Indian troops crossed the Line of Actual Control again on Monday.

Incident of firing took place on the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Eastern Ladakh sector where troops of India and China have been engaged in a stand-off for over three months. More details awaited
